Multiple  Intelligence  Assessment

Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test is a set of assessment systems developed by scientists and medical experts. Its theories are based on a combination of genetics, embryology, dermatoglyphics, neuroscience and paediatric psychology. Medical professionals, through years of complex research have confirmed that fingerprints provide a highly accurate analysis of a person’s inborn talents. The assessment system analyses the distribution of a brain’s learning capacity and allocation of function for certain parts of the brain, specific to the individual. It then provides a summarised statistical report of this individual’s innate intelligence. All humans have what is called ‘dominant intelligence’ whether it be critical thinking or reasoning - DMIT helps to identify individual dominant intelligence to assist in better understanding strengths and areas of development so potential or opportunity can be clearly understood and any use of learning tools and methods are conducive to the individual’s preferred style or needs.

In the context of a child, this assessment can help a parent or educator to understand the characteristics and strengths of a child’s personality - an extremely critical piece of insight to have when attempting to align personal and educational development at home and school. Ideally, this tool will give you an in-depth appreciation for any individual differences in personality of the child, allowing for a tailored approach to education and parenting, allowing for accelerated growth and development especially in the situation that your child has special needs.

The DMIT tool helps us appreciate that a vital factor in an individual’s intelligence is determined by a neural network connection of brain cells (ie. how and with what you stimulate your child’s brain), it is not just congenital or a predetermined outcome. Therefore, the types of environmental stimulation and early childhood learning that you expose your child to are critical and will influence the course of their lives. Using a tool like DMIT to guide how you might best support your child’s learning, development and growth is highly beneficial to creating the most nurturing environment as a parent or educator.
